The Ecovacs Deebot N78D is a new high-tech vacuuming and mopping robot that unites attractive design with thorough cleaning action.

The Deebot N78D differs significantly from other robotic vacuums,

offering both dry and wet mopping in addition to classic vacuum functionality, and integrated direct suction. The Ecovacs Deebot N78D is especially suitable for both dog and cat owners.

Pet hair adieu

The Ecovacs Deebot N78D vacu-mopping robot actively searches for hair and dirty spots and cleans them with ease. The bot’s direct suction function eliminates tangling problems, as hair is suctioned straight into an extra-large collection container.

The main brush can be attached in the Ecovacs Deebot N78D vacu-mopping robot as needed, but this is only recommended for households without pets, as hair could become entangled in the main brush.

The Ecovacs Deebot N78D with refillable water tank

The bot comes with a water tank and microfibre pad included. The tank is filled with tap water and attached to the bottom of the robot unit before the Ecovacs Deebot N78D commences mopping action. The pad is repeatedly re-moistened from the water tank during the cleaning process.

The Ecovacs Deebot N78D vacu-mopping robot features SmartMotion cleaning path technology that ensures multiple passes over hard floors in the cleaning process to pick up more dust, dirt and pet hair. The technology affords effective cleaning, even of stubborn spots.

Three selectable cleaning modes

The Ecovacs Deebot N78D vacu-mopping robot has multiple cleaning modes. Overview:

• AUTO: Automated cleaning program. In this mode, the unit moves in a straight line across the floor until encountering an obstacle, upon which the Ecovacs Deebot N78D vacu-mopper changes course.
• SPOT: For focused spot-cleaning (cleaning time approx. 2-5 minutes). This cleaning mode is for especially dirty areas. The unit moves in a spiral pattern. 
• EDGE: The cleaning mode for edges. In this mode, the Ecovacs Deebot N78D only moves along corners and edges, then returns to the charging station.

The desired cleaning mode is selected via the remote control or the control panel on the robot.

Clean corners and skirting

The robot skilfully manoeuvres around corners and edges and under low pieces of furniture, navigating away from stair and step edges.

Two long lateral brushes extend well beyond the edge of the unit to remove dust and dirt.

Even cleans under furniture

The Ecovacs Deebot N78D vacu-mopping robot can clean under furniture that is at least 9 cm above floor level. The unit is unable to move under lower furniture items.

Obstacle detection

The Ecovacs Deebot N78D vacu-mopping robot is equipped with smart obstacle sensors that detect obstacles, allowing it to navigate around them. When an obstacle is detected, the Ecovacs Deebot N78D slows and adjusts its cleaning path. 

No tumbling down stairs

Stairs and steps in your home are no problem for the Ecovacs Deebot N78D vacu-mopper. When the integrated drop sensors detect such a situation, the vacu-mopping robot moves away from the step edge in the opposite direction. 

Automated charging

The Ecovacs Deebot N78D vacu-mopping robot automatically returns to its charging station upon completing its cleaning routine. The charging process is automated so the unit will be ready the next time it’s needed.

Integrated high-performance filter for clean air

The Ecovacs Deebot N78D features an efficient, multi-component system that filters out dirt and dust particles and ensures clean exhaust air. This filter technology benefits allergy sufferers and all those who simply enjoy cleaner air.
