How can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been successfully completed, it will be handed over to our logistics center and will be shipped as soon as possible. Therefore a cancellation before shipping is only possible in very few cases. Please contact our customer service under the following E-Mail: office@myrobotcenter.uk

Can I still change my order?

Once you have successfully completed your order, it will be handed over to our logistics centre as quickly as possible. For this reason a subsequent order change is not possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service. You can then simply order again.

I have received a faulty/incorrect article.

I have received an incomplete delivery.

Is it possible to exchange an article?

Unfortunately an exchange against another model is not possible. However, you have the possibility to cancel the purchase (within 30 days) if you have placed the order as a private person. Thereafter you can order the desired device again in our webshop.

I have not yet received the return receipt.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our sales team, the return document (which must be included with the return) will be sent to the email address provided when you placed your order.

How do I get the free DHL return label?

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our sales team, a DHL return label will be requested and sent to the email address provided when you placed your order.

What is the return period for cancellation?

Please send the items without delay and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you have informed us of the cancellation.

Can I track my shipment online?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an an automatically generated e-mail including the tracking number.

Can I have my package delivered to a different address?

A different delivery address is possible. You can enter the address during the ordering process. 
Attention: The delivery address must be in the same country.

Is a delivery to a packing station possible?

Unfortunately a delivery to a packing station is not possible.

I have chosen payment in advance - when will my order be shipped?

As soon as the money is booked on our account- which takes about 3-4 days, we will send out your goods immediately.

Technical Request & Repair
The battery shows a defect. What can I do?

According to experience the performance decreases after 2-3 years and the battery needs to be replaced. You can order a new replacement battery directly in our online shop for self-exchange. Please charge the new battery for 24 hours.

My window cleaning robot does not run, what to do?

Please make sure that the power cable is plugged in, as the device will not work without a power supply. Then please press on the remote control on a program that the device should execute.

How long is the warranty period on batteries?

The warranty period for rechargeable batteries is 1 year.
Please note that rechargeable batteries are wearing parts and therefore are not covered by the extended warranty.

My Mamibot ProVac Plus2 does not run?

The ProVac Plus2 is always shipped with the battery disconnected. Please insert the battery into the device. The battery is located in the rear battery compartment.

How do I create a customer account?

Here you can reach to the login respectively if you do not have a customer account yet, you can create a new one to benefit from all the advantages we offer: Customer account

What advantages does the myRobotcenter customer account offer me?

You benefit from many advantages: You can view the current order or return status, download your invoice or warranty certificate, quickly find the right repair procedure, and much more.

I can't log in to my customer account.

To log in, you need your email address and password. If you are not able to log in, it could have one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or failed entry of the e-mail address stored in the customer account.

  • Wrong or non-entering of the password.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link "Forgot your password?" and you will receive a link with which you can reset your password.

 

Notice for already registered customers

We changed the shop system on 13.10.2020. Please note, we did not migrate customer and order data. You have to create a new customer account on our new shop system. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I disable push notifications?

The push notifications are browser based. Therefore you have to adjust your browser settings yourself.


On your computer, open Chrome.

  • At the top right, click More > Settings.

  • At the bottom, click Advanced.

  • Under Privacy and security click Site settings.

  • Click Notifications.

  • Choose to block or allow notifications > Block all: Turn off Ask before sending.

 

Deactivate push notifications on browser Mozilla FireFox:

  • Click the menu button and select Preferences.

  • Click Privacy & Security from the left pane.

  • Scroll to the Permissions section.

  • Click the Settings… button next to Notifications.

  • Select the website.

  • Click the Remove Website button.

Where can I unsubscribe from free newsletter?

To unsubscribe from our newsletter, follow these steps:

  • Open a newsletter in your e-mail account.

  • Scroll down. Here you will find following text passage "If you don’t want to receive these emails in the future, you can unsubscribe".

  • Click on the link "unsubscribe", then you will be removed from the newsletter subscriber list.
