IMPORTANT: Please pack your mower so that the wheels are in the air (jacked up) and with the packaging filled up completely with wadding. Please ensure that a copy of the invoice and a description of the problem is included in the parcel when you return it. The package should be ready for handover to the driver for dispatch by the agreed collection date. Costs for a rescheduled collection shall be borne by the customer.
If the device is no longer covered by a guarantee (older than 2 or 5 years respectively, depending on the guarantee), we retain the right to apply a charge of 50 euros for providing the estimate concerning the possibility of a repair. In such cases delivery costs are paid by the customer.
