Most manufacturers have their own customer service departments where you can turn to. In such cases we suggest that you send the article directly to the customer service department of the manufacturer in question. Getting in touch with the manufacturer’s customer service department can often save you from having to send the device to them unnecessarily. You will certainly be able to resolve your guarantee claim more quickly and benefit from the opportunity to communicate with them directly.
